Free safety inspection. We will check your entire house or business for visible electric hazards that could be dangerous to your family or staff.
We will ensure that proper GFCI protection is present and correctly functioning where required in wet locations.
We will inspect the interior of your main circuit breaker panel (limited to 1 panel ‐ $29/additional sub-panel), checking for signs of corrosion and ensure all connections are securely tightened.
We will inspect your service entrance and service grounding to ensure is in good working conditioning and properly installed. (Excludes underground entrance).
We will inspect and ensure all your smoke and CO detectors are functioning properly and make suggestions where required if missing.

Transferable. Your Service Agreement is transferable to your new home, or can be given to the buyer of your present home.
